Located at 1400 Old Towne Road in West Ashley, South Carolina, it sits immediately south of Charles Towne Landing State Historic Site . The park preserves a historically significant coastal peninsula once known as Ashem Farm. Following years of use exclusively for low-impact special events, Phase 1 construction is nearing substantial completion.
