Go to Microsoft’s official download site for SQL Server 2014 SP2 Feature Pack. (Hint: Search for SQLServer2014SP2-FeaturePack or use the direct Microsoft Update Catalog.)

Microsoft no longer hosts older SSMS versions on its primary download centers, but the official feature pack still contains the standalone SSMS installer.
