It’s not native, but it’s easy with SSHFS-Win. Here is the cheat sheet:

Port 22: Ensure your firewall (and the server's firewall) allows traffic through port 22.

I see a lot of people asking how to mount SFTP shares in Windows 11 without paying for software like ExpanDrive or WebDrive. While Windows supports SMB natively, SFTP usually requires a client like FileZilla.

However, this won't work directly for SFTP.

I use this to edit config files on my NAS and Linux servers directly using VS Code. It’s lightweight and free. Hope this helps someone!

Since Windows doesn't have this feature built-in, we use a lightweight, open-source combination called WinFsp (Windows File System Proxy) and SSHFS-Win .
