Another bead slides across on its own. CHNK. SFX: CLICK.

Since "Dreamtales" is often associated with transformation, fantasy, and whimsical storytelling in the indie comic sphere, I have put together a complete, proper comic script and synopsis for an original story titled dreamtales comics

The Shopkeeper reaches under the counter and pulls out an ornate, wooden abacus. But the beads are strange—swirling with galaxies instead of paint. SHOPKEEPER: This is the Reverse Abacus. Slide a bead, and it takes away. Not just the years... but the weight of them. Another bead slides across on its own

Elias tries to run, but he trips over his own oversized shoes. He is now roughly eight years old, swimming in a giant suit jacket. His expression is a mix of adult panic and childlike confusion. ELIAS (Thought Bubble): My voice... why does it sound so high? I have to call my broker! I have to— ELIAS: H-help! I need a phone! Slide a bead, and it takes away

The Shopkeeper turns the sign on the door from "OPEN" to "DREAMING." SHOPKEEPER: Another satisfied customer. Until he grows up again, of course.

Most stories begin with a mundane situation—a visit to a lab, a mysterious artifact, or a strange dream—that quickly spirals into a physical metamorphosis.
