Ownership and risk of the Vehicle pass to the Buyer at the moment of signing this Agreement and handing over the keys and documents. The Buyer is responsible for registering the Vehicle in their name at the relevant authorities (Romanian Auto Registry - RAAR) immediately.
The Buyer confirms they have inspected the Vehicle, taken it for a test drive, and is satisfied with its condition. The Vehicle is sold in its present condition ("as is"), with all visible and hidden defects known to the Buyer.
