Once you have successfully logged into the Mercusys web management interface, follow these steps to update your wireless security.
It is highly recommended to change both your WiFi password and the admin login password from the defaults to prevent unauthorized access to your network. 192.168 1.1 mercusys login wifi password

If you changed the default login password (not the WiFi password) and cannot log in: This restores the device to factory settings
If you changed the router login password and forgot it, you may need to reset the router to factory settings (press the Reset button for 5–10 seconds).
