The movie follows the story of Dylan Harper (Ashton Kutcher), a magazine art director, and Jamie Rellis (Mila Kunis), a headhunter. They meet while on a business trip in Tokyo, Japan, and have a one-night stand. Upon their return to New York City, they decide to have a no-strings-attached, friends-with-benefits relationship.
