The title Junyuu-chuu ("During Breastfeeding") takes on a more literal role here. Unlike the first episode, which was pure shock value, 02 attempts to justify the situation with a medical drama subplot—suggesting the sister suffers from hyperprolactinemia, a real condition exacerbated by her high-pressure job and loneliness.
While the fan service is explicit, Episode 02 cleverly subverts it by making the "service" scenes deeply uncomfortable. The viewer is not supposed to be aroused; they are supposed to be worried. This is a risky move for the genre, and it pays off by making the episode memorable rather than disposable.
