Floormap3di-r Mfl Tank Inspection: ((exclusive))

Utilizes a 64-channel sensor array with 256 individual sensors , providing a high-resolution scanning grid (4.6 x 2 mm) to detect pits as small as 2 mm in diameter.

MFL is a non-destructive testing technique that uses a magnetic field to detect defects or anomalies in ferromagnetic materials, such as steel. The technique involves magnetizing the material and then measuring the changes in the magnetic field caused by defects or anomalies. floormap3di-r mfl tank inspection

At 0.5 m/s, we scanned a 30m diameter tank floor (approx. 700 sq m) in one shift, including obstacle navigation around annular rings. Utilizes a 64-channel sensor array with 256 individual

Mounting the 3Di sensor on the Rover-R eliminates human speed variation. Our scan paths are perfectly straight, and coverage is 100%. No more “ski jump” signals at the end of a manual pass. Our scan paths are perfectly straight, and coverage is 100%

The chassis drives powerful permanent rare-earth magnetic bridges over the tank floor plate, saturating the carbon steel to its magnetic limit. Where localized volume loss or corrosion pitting exists, the magnetic field lines burst outward, escaping the steel boundary. The 256-sensor Hall Effect array logs this escaping magnetic flux, calculating material volume loss based on the signal amplitude. Floormap3Di-R | MFL Tank Floor Scanner | Nexxis USA
