The episode originally aired on February 8, 2018. In this episode, a new family moves into the house next door to the Coopers. Sheldon becomes intrigued by them, particularly the father, who seems to be quite different from the rest of the neighborhood.

Sheldon tries to gather information about the new family, which leads to some humorous situations. Meanwhile, Missy and Georgie try to get in on the action, and Mary's patience is tested as she deals with Sheldon's antics.

Meanwhile, Missy has a crush on a boy at school. After working up the courage to talk to him, he rejects her in a surprisingly mean way. Missy, who is usually the tough, sarcastic twin, comes home visibly crushed. Mary tries to help, but it’s the unlikely source of Sheldon (in his own robotic way) who sits with her and offers a strange but touching form of comfort—acknowledging that the universe is big and uncaring, but that he’s still her brother.
