D3dx9 30 — Dll
DirectX 12 does not include DirectX 9’s helper libraries. Many older games specifically call d3dx9_30.dll by name. Without it, they crash on launch.
You might see this error even if you have a modern graphics card and Windows 10/11. Why? Because: d3dx9 30 dll
