Despite the title sounding aggressive, the tone of the series is remarkably laid back. The protagonist isn't trying to defeat a Demon Lord; he is trying to create a comfortable life for himself and those he encounters. He inadvertently attracts a cast of eccentric characters—from monsters who respect his strength to humans who are awed by his "miracles." It is a story about community building as much as it is about dungeon building.
