Anterior Infarct Age Undetermined !!hot!! ✰

Electrocardiogram (ECG) findings are consistent with an anterior wall myocardial infarction. The presence of pathological Q waves in the anterior leads (V1-V4) indicates significant tissue loss; however, the absence of acute ST-segment elevation or dynamic T-wave changes suggests the infarct is not acute. The exact age of the infarct cannot be determined based on the current ECG alone. Clinical correlation with cardiac biomarkers (Troponin I/T) and patient history is recommended to rule out acute ischemia.
