You cannot register for the NYLE until you have successfully completed the NYLC (the video course). If you haven't finished the videos and passed the accompanying quizzes, the registration portal will not open for you.
The NYLE is administered online. The registration deadline and the exam start time are based on Eastern Time (ET). If you are studying in California or abroad, ensure you adjust your clock accordingly. A deadline of 11:59 PM ET is 8:59 PM PT. nyle registration deadline
