The only way to know for sure that someone has viewed your profile is if they interact with your content by favoriting a photo, re-publishing it, or following you. You can check these interactions in your Activity tab. Managing Your Visibility

This is a deliberate design choice by the platform, distinguishing it from social media apps like Instagram, LinkedIn, or Snapchat.

If you see an app or website claiming it can show you who is stalking your VSCO,

If you want to prevent a specific person from seeing your content, you can use the Block feature on their profile.

While you cannot see who is looking at your content, VSCO does provide some basic engagement metrics.
