After a few days, I received my replacement card in the mail. I activated it immediately and was able to use it for my daily transactions.

The replacement card will have a new 16-digit number and a new CVV. Any automatic payments linked to the old card (Netflix, Gym, Utilities) will fail. You must update these merchants manually. After a few days, I received my replacement card in the mail
If you use Wells Fargo digital wallet (Apple Pay, Google Pay), you can usually suspend the card there instantly while you call. If you have the Wells Fargo app, you can turn the card "off" instantly (see Phase 2). After a few days
