The Navarch of the Seas sets the benchmark for Paragon ability design. It avoids the frustration of extremely long cooldowns (looking at you, Glaive Lord) while avoiding the boredom of infinite stunlock. It creates a rhythm to the late game—Hook, Shoot, Hook, Shoot—that keeps the player engaged rather than forcing them to watch a timer count down.
A Degree 100 Navarch has roughly half the BAD hook cooldown of a Degree 1. In Boss events, aim for at least Degree 40. btd6central navarch cooldown
