The Programare Cazier Cluj (PCC) is a complex software system designed to manage and optimize the scheduling of court cases in Cluj County, Romania. This paper presents a detailed approach to developing the PCC system, focusing on its architecture, functionality, and implementation. We discuss the current challenges in court case management, the requirements and objectives of the PCC system, and propose a comprehensive solution.
