These labs are funded by the Belgian Directorate-General for Development Cooperation (DGD) and Colciencias (now MinCiencias). Since 2021, Cali VUB researchers have co-authored over 40 peer-reviewed papers with institutions such as RWTH Aachen and the University of São Paulo.
