Disable your antivirus software temporarily, as these tools are often flagged. Select the model and go to Particular Adjustment Mode .

Contact Epson Support or an authorized service center. They will replace the waste ink pad and then use a special service utility to reset the counter. This costs a fee but ensures your printer is safe. It does not reset the ink counters or waste ink pad counter

The L4260 will stop printing and show error (Service Required) when the internal waste ink pads are "full." This is a security measure to prevent ink leaks.
