The narrative follows a common trope in contemporary JAV: the "mind-reading" protagonist. In this story, a socially average male student gains the ability to hear the private, often "naughty" thoughts of his female classmates. Specifically, the plot focuses on his realization that these girls have heightened sexual desires just before their menstrual cycles. By using this newfound telepathic insight, he identifies the optimal timing to approach and successfully date "high-status" or "high-level" girls who would otherwise be out of his reach.
